To respond to the needs and expectations of participants, their learning styles, and the companies' requirements, all development programs are designed with various methods. These programs can be blended according to the business needs and work programs of their participants.
ONLINE PROGRAMS
Participants and teams can access live and interactive training programs wherever they are, through online platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, and Skype. They can join together with colleagues from various departments. Online programs are designed in blocks of 1 to 2,5 hours to suit the participant's daily work schedules. With this, participants can focus on their development programs without compromising daily work.
TRAINING COURSES
Face-to-face training and development programs are organized in offices or out-of-office venues. This direct and interactive interaction allows participants to benefit from the views and experiences of all attendees. Face-to-face programs help to reinforce practice-based skills through activities and exercises.
WORKSHOPS
There are often multiple parties in meetings and workshops, which makes it difficult to align in mutual decisions. The presence of an independent and neutral facilitator makes it easier and faster to deliver the most out of the 'shared wisdom of teams'. The usage of various techniques like Problem Solving & Decision Making and Lean Management enable mutual alignments and actions.
BLENDED PROGRAMS
When there is a need to combine the best parts of face-to-face training and online programs, the best solution is to blend them. Blended trainings are based on the productivity of remote access and the advantages of face-to-face exercises. These programs are designed on a structured program combining online sessions and face-to-face interactions.
SUPPORTIVE COACHING
The purpose of Supportive Coaching is to assess the progress of participants during development programs and provide special support for those who need it. These coaching sessions can be organized either in groups or individually.
